Terms of Service

1. The marketplace

GATEZERO Technologies Pvt. Ltd. operates a marketplace that connects event-goers with organizers. Tickets are sold by organizers; GATEZERO provides the platform, payments and delivery of digital tickets.

2. Buying tickets

When you place an order, tickets are reserved and payment is processed through our secure gateway. Your order is confirmed when payment succeeds and QR tickets are issued to your account.

All prices are shown in INR (or the event currency) and include applicable fees and GST, itemised at checkout.

3. Tickets & entry

Digital tickets are single-use. Each QR code can be scanned once; duplicate scans are rejected. You must carry a government ID matching the attendee name.

Ticket transfer is available only where the organizer enables it.

4. Refunds & cancellations

Refund eligibility is set per ticket tier by the organizer. Unless the event is cancelled, platform and payment fees are non-refundable.

If an event is cancelled, all tickets are automatically refunded in full.

5. Organizer obligations

Organizers must deliver events as described, honour tickets, and comply with the organizer agreement, including verification, payouts and content standards.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to resell tickets above face value, use the platform for fraud, or abuse other users. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
