• Organizer business data: PAN, GSTIN and bank details for payouts.

How we use it

We use your data to deliver tickets, process payments, prevent fraud and improve the product. We never sell your personal data.

Payments

Card details are processed directly by our PCI-DSS compliant payment providers (Razorpay and Stripe). We never store raw card numbers.

Your choices

You can update your notification preferences, export your data, transfer tickets, and delete your account at any time from Settings.

Security

Passwords are hashed, sessions are signed, and sensitive data is encrypted. Two-factor authentication is enforced for organizer and admin accounts.
