Your GATEZERO QR ticket on your phone (or printed) plus a valid government photo ID matching the name on the ticket.
Are tickets refundable?+
Tickets are refundable up to 72 hours before the event, subject to the refund policy on this page. Platform and payment fees are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled.
Can I transfer my ticket?+
Yes — from your account, open the ticket and use 'Transfer ticket' to send it to a friend. The QR re-issues to the new holder.
